About Launch Pad

Heartland Foundation is dedicated to empowering youth and adults build healthier, more livable communities. With Launch Pad, we hope to provide yet another tool to aid in the accomplishment of this vision.
The purpose of Launch Pad is to provide youth teams with an interactive forum to share information and collaborate on their Jump Starters projects. Through this site, teams can showcase their hard work and share videos, pictures and files or post questions for each other and their sponsors. Make sure you take a second to check out the Gallery page where teams who�ve completed their projects have showcased them!
Launch Pad is an interactive site for youth working together to make a difference in their communities. Launch Pad is the sister site of Jump Starters. Jump Starters is a program facilitated through Heartland Foundation. Through Jump Starters youth participating in emPower Plant or Public Achievement can apply for grant funding for service-learning projects.
